1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You can request a return within 24 hours of receiving the item.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

  • Some products are non-returnable, including:

    • Customized or personalized gifts

    • Perishable items (cakes, flowers, chocolates, etc.)

    • Hygiene-related products (e.g., masks, earrings)

    • Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page

    • Clearance or freebie items


2. Process for Returns

Provide the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Photo/video proof (if the product is damaged or defective)

Our team will review the request and provide you with the next steps.


3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind, wrong size/color ordered), the customer must bear the return shipping cost.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, wallet, etc.).

  • Processing time: 5–10 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • If your order included cashback, discount codes, or free gifts, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.


5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.

  • After 3 hours, the order may already be processed or shipped and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

  • We will either arrange a replacement (where available) or issue a refund.
